Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 3+ years of CI in manufacturing, or an Associate with 5+ years, or HS diploma with 7+ years.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity analysis, suggest changeover improvements, and specify new tooling.
• Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and 5S projects.
• Develop and implement process changes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Analyze operations to reduce time and cost while ensuring safety.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive plant-level projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
