Job summary

RAE Corporation in Pryor, Oklahoma is seeking a Coil Process Engineering Manager to stand up and lead the coil process engineering function. You will own coil manufacturing processes—fin presses, dies, tube expanders, brazing—and drive design, standardization, and reliability on the shop floor.

Deliver technical leadership to engineers and technicians, partner with production and quality teams, and champion Lean improvements to meet safety, cost, and throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership or senior-level process engineering experience.
• HVAC/refrigeration or complex manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with fin-and-tube coil manufacturing incl. fin presses, tube expansion, brazing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead the Coil Process Engineering group with defined roles and standard work.
• Own setup standards, die changeover methods, and tooling life for Fin Presses and Dies.
• Own expander tooling, brazing procedures, and other coil processes.
• Own process design, MI creation, and line layout standardization.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and equipment reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and Lean-based continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Coil Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS.
