• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years engineering experience; or 3+ years HVACR equipment design.
• Ability to use Microsoft product software; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System, Process, and manufacturing engineers to refine equipment designs.
• Review BOMs, drawings, and operations sequences; ensure production readiness.
• Create equipment submittal documents with specs, drawings and performance data.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via value engineering and design improvements.
• Evaluate manufactured products for conformance to specs; support quality issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulations, and company procedures.
