The ideal candidate will analyze data and create meaningful reports, work closely with management to identify and solve production issues, and implement process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 0-5 years of experience are required, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate new technology. Fluency in Korean is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing process.
Analyze root causes of production issues and drive resolutions.
Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives.
Compile and analyze company data and create reports for management’s review.
