Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and use statistical tools for investigations.
• Improve site performance via process and formula improvements; coordinate resources.
• Oversee startup of new equipment/processes; provide engineering support.
• Support site improvement projects, product transfers, and cost reduction initiatives.
