Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with at least five years in project engineering or manufacturing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources and execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities and risk management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and project management tools; PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through completion, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and resolve project challenges.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with quality standards.
• Serve as a visible authority on the production floor and uphold plant policies and continuous improvement.
