Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in flat rolling or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing, documenting, or improving manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and oversee manufacturing processes for flat-rolled molybdenum, tungsten, and toll-processing products.
• Maintain OPCs, BOMs, routings, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure processes reflect actual production practices and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to improve capability and yield.
• Identify opportunities to improve capability, consistency, and material yield.
• Evaluate and introduce new equipment and tooling; support new product introductions.
