Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills used in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production requirements.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and specifications.
• Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other production steps.
• Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor materials.
• Inspect materials with precision measuring tools and quality standards.
• Monitor product quality and address potential issues.
• Record production data and material traceability in systems.
• Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, startup and shutdown.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Follow ISO quality procedures and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area and support other production needs.
