Elmet Technologies, Inc. in Euclid, Ohio is seeking a Process Engineer for Flat Rolled Products to develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for thin-gauge refractory metal sheet and foil.

You will lead process documentation, partner with Manufacturing and Quality, and drive improvements in capability, yield, and efficiency on the production floor. A strong engineering foundation and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in flat rolling or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience documenting or improving manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and oversee manufacturing processes for flat-rolled molybdenum, tungsten, and toll-processing products.
• Develop and maintain OPCs, BOMs, routings, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure documented processes reflect actual production practices.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to meet or exceed standards.
• Analyze processes to improve capability and yield.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and methods.
