Job summary

Elmet Technologies, a US-based manufacturer of high-performance metals, seeks a CNC Process Engineer for its Euclid, Ohio facility. You will own and improve manufacturing processes for tungsten, molybdenum, and toll‑processing products and work closely with Operations and Quality to reflect actual production practices.

You’ll develop tooling, documentation, and instructions while evaluating equipment and process improvements to raise yield and capability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in metals or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing, documenting, or improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and oversee manufacturing processes for molybdenum, tungsten, and toll-processing products.
• Work with Operations and Quality to ensure processes reflect actual production practices.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routing structures, and detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Evaluate and improve process capability, efficiency, and yield.
• Support new product and process development and troubleshooting on the floor.
