Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing with process engineering experience.
• Proficiency in process optimization tools and data analysis software (Minitab/JMP).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for extrusion processes and resolve issues related to process flow, equipment functionality, and product quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and Six Sigma projects to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Manufacturing to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to design and implement process improvements that boost productivity and safety.
• Develop and update SOPs and protocols to ensure long-term consistency and efficiency.
