Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical, production, and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute projects aimed at maximizing production output.
• Prepare and maintain process safety and operational documentation.

Skills

Automated chemical batch manufacturing experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of DCS systems; Emerson DeltaV preferred

Education

BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
