ALLNEX is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Wallingford, Connecticut. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimizing processes, improving quality, and driving operational efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industrial experience, strong communication skills, and a background in automated chemical batch manufacturing. Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Automated chemical batch manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement improvements in quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Define objectives, develop test methods, and evaluate results to ensure process reliability.
• Serve as a technical resource for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to identify root causes of issues.
• Prepare and maintain process safety documentation.

Conocimientos

Written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of DCS systems

Educación

BS/MS in Chemical Engineering
