Job summary

ALLNEX in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality lab team, drive product quality, and align operations with business standards. You will guide analytical testing, calibrations, and documentation while promoting continuous improvement.

As a key member of site leadership, you will manage audits, ISO certifications, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or research environment.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, TPM, LEAN, and Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 8D).
• Structured thinker with data-driven decision making and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product Quality and Quality Control; supervise technical staff.
• Ensure analytical tests, calibrations and procedures are properly understood and executed.
• Collect and analyze performance data and report KPIs monthly.
