Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial or Food Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Process/Production Engineering with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results with urgency and ownership.
• Strong project management capability, including multitasking and time management.
• Team-oriented leader able to collaborate across levels and support hourly workforce with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance and operations through process studies, troubleshooting, optimization, and historical data analysis to monitor key operating parameters.
• Partner with safety professionals and staff to support facility safety initiatives and safer work process design.
• Maintain and analyze historical performance data to track efficiencies versus design and help meet cost and production goals.
• Execute or support capital and process projects by managing scope, budget, and schedule; coordinate across QC/QA, safety, environmental, and maintenance; train personnel.
• Ensure documentation, drawings, SOPs, and technical standards are produced, validated, and maintained for production, systems, and maintenance teams.
• Lead incident RCA and drive corrective action communication with analytical problem-solving for management improvement objectives.
• Lead and coach continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, Lean Six Sigma) including training needs assessment and cost reduction/quality improvements.
