Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to serve as the SME for manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across plant operations in Illinois. You will lead process changes, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Applicants should have 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination. Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process-improvement projects in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP policies and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to apply statistics to reduce variation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Manufacturing Processes and drive improvement projects.
• Lead process optimization to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP policies and safety standards.
• Oversee tooling documentation and maintenance direction.
• Apply statistical methods to improve process capability.
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned
