Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required (Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics, Manufacturing or equivalent).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management tools/software and data analysis is desirable.
• Experience with coding and programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the plant and drive cost reductions.
• Analyze plant equipment and processes; develop action plans to improve performance.
• Manage projects on time and on budget with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training materials and work instructions for new equipment.
