Qualifications

• 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with SPC and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Utilize SPC and data analysis to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance capabilities.
• Lead and participate in process validation activities to ensure industry-standard compliance.
