Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and process integration.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
