Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs and P&IDs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and improvements.
• Monitor key process indicators and implement statistical process control measures.
• Evaluate new technologies or equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met in all designs.
