Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in process engineering within manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes using data-driven methods.
• Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering docs.
• Proficiency with process simulators (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data tools (Minitab, JMP).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor process control to ensure quality.
• Perform root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Specify and procure new equipment, ensuring proper installation.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
