Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical/ industrial engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Proficient with process simulation and data analysis tools listed above.
Strong knowledge of P&IDs and related engineering docs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve throughput and quality.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and control plans.
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement CAPA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.
Evaluate new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance capabilities.
Monitor KPIs related to process performance and report progress.
