Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• MBA or CFA/CPA strongly preferred and experience in a matrix organization.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (physical, background, drug).

Responsibilities

• Lead plant discussions and investigations to improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and environmental performance.
• Provide technical support to production, quality, and environmental functions.
• Evaluate operations and processes using audits and systematic approaches.
• Assist with implementation of new equipment and procedures including training of plant personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and equipment performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate process-related activities across the plant and ensure regulatory compliance.
