Job summary

This role provides technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions and drives improvements in the plant's technical capabilities.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least five years of cement plant experience, and be proficient with Excel, Access, IP21, SAP and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions.
• Coordinate and participate in improvement of the Plant's technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Serve as coach / mentor to CP's in process and other departments.
