Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience.
Strong computer expertise in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC.
Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, similar disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions.
Coordinate and participate in improvement of the Plant's technical capabilities.
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
Serve as coach / mentor to CP's in process and other departments.
