Zusammenfassung

CMC, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a manufacturing process improvement professional to lead cross-functional initiatives in our steel and construction reinforcement operations. You will optimize processes, drive efficiency, and support equipment and safety across multiple facilities.

You will leverage lean tools, R&D insights, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams to deliver measurable improvements, training, and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years experience leading and driving manufacturing process improvements.
• Experience in Polymer extrusion, plastic additives, polymer testing, R&D experimentation and analysis is a plus.
• Prior experience in successful implementation of lean manufacturing/5S and productivity improvement initiatives is required.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with teams and different departments.
• Ability to track, chart, and improve processes.
• Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.
• Clear verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, maintenance, suppliers, management, and plant support staff.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and drive issues, tasks, and deliverables from concept to closure.

What You'll Need

Your Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• A degree in Science or Engineering (Polymer, Chemical, or Mechanical) is strongly preferred
