Job summary
The Kinetic Group, a world leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of small caliber ammunition, seeks an Electrical Systems and Controls Engineer in Lonoke, AR. You will develop, implement, and support automation solutions, design PLC controls interfaces, and coordinate installation and training for systems across the plant.
You will report to the Sr. Manager of Special Projects, oversee electrical projects to meet specs and safety standards, and mentor the electrical team while solving
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or related field with minimum experience.
- Experience designing and supporting manufacturing solutions.
- Familiar with NEC/OSHA standards and industrial controls.
Responsibilities
- Develop or support project details for new equipment, major repairs, and machinery upgrades.
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical systems for the plant.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and documentation to meet specs and codes.
- Oversee electrical project efforts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Inspect installations and ensure safety and equipment conformance.
- Discuss engineering projects with teams to develop proofs of concept.
- Plan research methods to apply electrical theory to projects.
- Work on scalable technologies for multiple facilities.
- Train team members and troubleshoot production-line issues.
