Our Indiana facility focuses on high-volume molding and automated integration of small to medium-sized parts. The New Hampshire facility specializes in medium to large parts with full painting and decorating operations. Our South Carolina locations boast a wide range of capabilities, from small vertical presses to a 1500-ton press, along with extensive post-molding services. PSI Molded Plastics provides a total solution with an extensive array of molding and post-molding options to help our customers succeed.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer located in Wolfeboro, NH. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This includes analyzing and enhancing current procedures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring consistent product quality. Day-to-day tasks involve process control, utilizing analytical skills to solve complex problems, coordinating with the engineering team, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years Injection Molding Experience in Plastics
• Process Design and Process Engineering
• Strong Process Control skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Background in Chemical Engineering
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus
