Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and resourceful team member to participate in process operations and performance analysis across our healthcare program. Working with the Quality Assurance Manager, the Business Process Engineer (BPE) will analyze the customer environment and program goals, then develop and implement future state business processes. This is a virtual position requiring the ability to work independently.

The BPE will develop detailed procedural documentation, presentations, and reports. They will be responsible for implementing processes and supporting improvement activities, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and Quality Management Goals. They will also provide status reports and resolve issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project goals, requirements, and the end customer environment (both current and future states).
  • Communicate effectively with end customers, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in kickoff meetings with clients and facilitate quality assurance meetings.
  • Develop future state business processes aligned with ITIL principles.
  • Analyze processes to identify change impacts and develop handling methods.
  • Document procedures underpinning the processes.
  • Create process implementation plans.
  • Identify process measures and mechanisms for performance reviews.
  • Obtain necessary sign-offs for documentation.
  • Ensure work aligns with the Project Plan.
  • Provide timely, high-quality documentation.

Requirements:

  • BA degree with 6 years of relevant experience or Master's with 3 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for degree).
  • Experience with change management across all environment phases.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand business drivers and perform performance analysis.
  • Experience in developing procedures and defining performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed.
  • Experience working with customers and suppliers.
  • Practical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong cross-functional problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Desire:

  • Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with fixed-price task orders and performance-based contracts.
  • Knowledge of Health IT, including Electronic Health Records.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Please Note:

  • Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
  • No calls or third-party inquiries, please.
  • We are an equal opportunity employer and do not sponsor H1B visas.
