Your Mission

• Drive improvement and standardization of development and commercialization processes, create SOPs in close collaboration with all factory-based developers and engineers
• Support the operations team to onboard new developers and engineers to master the On standard processes
• Lead PLM projects, system improvements, and applications within sourcing and costing organizations
• Lead projects to increase development and engineering efficiency, shortening product creation and commercialization lead times
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity, and quality, and drive initiatives that set On Running apart from other brands

Your story

• 7-10 years of experience in footwear engineering with a keen attention to detail, function, and quality
• Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
