This individual will partner with lines of businesses and other cross-functional teams at Key as part of the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation team. The Process Engineer will work with program/project leaders and stakeholders to identify and execute on business opportunities presented by Next Gen Enterprise Transformation, business partners and/or Executive Leadership. These programs or projects support business strategic goals and are centered on the client and employee experience, process optimization, risk mitigation, revenue growth and cost reduction where applicable. This individual will evaluate and analyze people, process and technology functions of the program/project to recommend and design an optimal solution or strategic future state with a focus on optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer related roles
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems
Analytical thinker
Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. If you are located near a KeyBank office location, you will typically work at the office location partially each week and your management/business unit will set the in-office work expectations for the role.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Process Engineer position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. The Lead Process Engineer position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
