Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, quality, or engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• IWS DMS tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, systems, and product quality.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Investigate process deviations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or support process improvement and productivity projects.
• Analyze KPIs, identify losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and ensure corrective action follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, sustainability, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
• Train, coach, and mentor production personnel on process standards and technical topics.

We’re currently seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Wilson, NC. The Process Engineer serves as the SME for assigned manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring process reliability, product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
