Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to support safety and quality while helping achieve production goals. You will operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.

You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs. You will record data using digital tools and collaborate with Quality teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Technical training or strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
  • Adjust equipment, perform basic maintenance, and resolve minor mechanical issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and production plans.
  • Comply with all safety requirements and PPE standards.
  • Complete quality checks and production documentation.
  • Partner with Quality teams to identify and prevent issues.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and waste.
  • Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs.
  • Use digital tools to record and track production data.

Your Day-to-Day

Hourly Rate

Starts at $27/hour, plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
