Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks an Operational Excellence Senior Manager to lead continuous improvement across the site and align initiatives with PMI's strategic objectives.

You will drive Lean implementation, enhance reliability and agility, and develop the affiliate's OE roadmap while promoting a safety-first culture and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Product Development, or related functions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, integrated operating systems, supply chain processes, and quality systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices across the site.
• Drive alignment with PMI, regional, and cluster strategies to deliver sustainable business results.
• Develop and execute the affiliate's operational excellence roadmap while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation and integrated operating system deployment.
• Drive supply chain and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure accountability for loss elimination programs and continuous improvement sustainability.
• Promote a safety-first culture through leadership, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Champion OPEN+, continuous improvement tools, and sustainability initiatives.
• Build org capability through coaching, training, and talent development.
• Support succession planning and change management initiatives.
• Develop internal communication strategies that align employees with company objectives, values, and behaviors.
