Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks an Operational Excellence Senior Manager to lead continuous improvement across the site and align initiatives with PMI's strategic objectives.

You will drive Lean implementation, enhance reliability and agility, and develop the affiliate's OE roadmap while promoting a safety-first culture and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Product Development, or related functions.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, integrated operating systems, supply chain processes, and quality systems.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ensure accountability for loss elimination programs and continuous improvement sustainability.
  • Promote a safety-first culture through leadership, coaching, and employee engagement.
  • Champion OPEN+, continuous improvement tools, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build org capability through coaching, training, and talent development.
  • Support succession planning and change management initiatives.
  • Develop internal communication strategies that align employees with company objectives, values, and behaviors.

The Operational Excellence Senior Manager will lead the deployment of PMI's continuous improvement methodology to enhance organizational capabilities, improve operational performance, and drive innovation through greater reliability and agility.

Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategy
