CTS Corporation in Lisle, IL is seeking a Process Engineer for the Ceramic business. You will make technical decisions on ceramic machining and provide direction to a team, aiming to improve yield, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle time.
You will use DOE, DMAIC, SPC, Cp/Cpk analyses and lead equipment qualification, validation, and capital projects. The role requires hands-on leadership, troubleshooting, and collaboration with NPI to introduce new products.

The Process Engineer reports directly to the Plant Manager and supports the Ceramic business. In this role, the Process Engineer makes technical decisions related to ceramic machining and provides technical direction to their team.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $100-115K.
