Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee product development projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality deliverables while managing project budgets and scope. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 5 years of program management experience in electronics manufacturing, and is proficient in project management tools.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 annually, with additional benefits including health insurance and paid parental leave.

Summary

Accountable for the successful execution of a variety of product development projects within the AMS Piezo Product portfolio, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to meet customer and internal quality metrics.

Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Establish and communicate the project terms of reference (product definition, timing, budget, commercial targets, etc.)
  • Develop a project execution plan that defines requirements and timelines, identifies and mitigates potential risks
  • Lead globally distributed cross‑functional teams to deliver the execution plan and maintain cadence
  • Ensure resources are available as required by the plan
  • Coordinate technical, quality, and commercial engagements with customers
  • Assure safe launch to meet quality and delivery expectations, transitioning to volume production
  • Facilitate completion of prototype and production program deliverables
  • Manage scope creep by updating and communicating project terms of reference
  • Meet and beat project financial targets by tracking costs and facilitating margin improvements
  • Facilitate and participate in customer and supplier meetings as required
  • Facilitate completion of open action items on the project issues list
  • Communicate project status and minimize risk throughout execution
  • Support other Program Management initiatives as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with program management systems
  • Project budget P&L and risk analysis expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Proven experience interacting with suppliers, customers, and senior management
  • Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Critical Path concepts for projects
  • Ability to use MS Project
  • Experience with ceramic manufacturing is a plus
  • ERP/MRP system experience desirable
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in electronics manufacturing
  • PMP certification preferred
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work several hours at a computer
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%)

Expected annual salary range: $140,000–$165,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target incentive of 10% of base salary.
