As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve safety, reliability, process efficiency, and overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Support process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance, efficiency, and reliability

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, along with 5+ years of process engineering experience in heavy industrial, chemical processing, minerals processing, metals processing, cement, petrochemical, oil & gas, or other continuous process environments. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to work closely with plant operations to drive process improvements.
