Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee the launch and refinement of production systems for complex metal components and equipment. You will focus on robust manufacturing practices, throughput improvements, and scalable processes across operations.

In this role you will apply Lean and continuous improvement methods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost reductions while supporting validation and readiness activities on high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, production or process engineering.
• Experience with fabrication, assembly, automation or industrial production.
• Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of quality systems, process validation and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel periodically for projects.

• Partner with production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflow performance
• Assist with equipment implementation, process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities
• Develop production standards, procedures, and process documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process engineering environmen.
• Experience supporting fabrication, assembly, automation, or industrial production operations
• Experience with IATF and ISO standards a plus
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies
• Knowledge of quality systems, process validation, and manufacturing best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced production setting
• Willingness to travel periodically to support projects and operational initiatives
