Salary
Starting at $75,000 entry level. Salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for process improvements, project development, and assisting operations in meeting safety, environmental, quality, and productivity goals. Ensures the operation of the plant in an environmentally responsible manner in compliance with all Safety, Health and Environmental Policy. This position is part of the Base Plant Operations department reporting directly to the Process Engineer Lead. Tronox offers a competitive benefits program, designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications
Process Engineer requires a degree in Chemical Engineering, and salary will be commensurate with relevant experience. Ability to present ideas, good verbal and written communication skills, and good human relations skills are required. For internal applicants, an MX or above on the most recent performance evaluation and no active corrective action documentation is required.
