Qualifications

• PhD in life science related field required.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and powder characterization preferred.
• Strong scientific and technical knowledge in dry product formulation, data analysis and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate excipients and formulation blends from manufacturing platforms to support pipeline.
• Use analytical instruments to understand manufacturing processes and properties of excipients, APIs, tablets and blends.
• Perform extensive data analysis and prepare technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Lead design of experiments and develop laboratory models for drying product processes.
• Promote technical excellence and drive productivity improvements through bench-scale work.
• Ensure successful technical transfers and provide support for dry product processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.
