Job summary

Lilly is hiring a Scientist TS/MS: a Post-Doctoral Process Development Scientist who will lead analytical investigations and process understanding for dry product manufacturing. The role requires a Ph.D. in life sciences, strong data and writing skills, and the ability to work across teams in English and Spanish.

You will design experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports, while supporting transfers and technical guidance within a global organization. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences or related field.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and powder characterization required.
• Strong scientific/technical knowledge in dry product formulation, statistics, writing, and project management.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate excipients and formulation blends from multiple platforms to support pipelines.
• Use analytical instruments to understand manufacturing processes and properties of excipients, API, tablets, capsules, and blends.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Lead design of experiments and development of lab models for dry product manufacturing processes.
