Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
Experience in process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize chemical processes from lab-scale through to pilot and full-scale production.
Design experiments, conduct trials, and analyze data to validate process parameters and improve efficiency.
Prepare detailed process descriptions, PFDs and P&IDs.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful technology transfer and implementation.
Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions to maintain product quality and operational integrity.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the George area.
