Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in chemical R&D or process development.
• Strong fundamentals in chemical principles, kinetics, and materials science.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and analytical techniques.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in software such as Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing experiments for new formulations and processes.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data; present findings to the team.
