Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Process Development Engineer to advance manufacturing processes for CGM devices. You will run experiments, characterize adhesives, epoxies, and soft materials, and apply DOE methods to build robust, scalable processes within PPx.

Collaborate with design, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to define inputs, outputs, and performance metrics, documenting results and driving process improvements across the product pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute process development experiments and characterization studies to support product development.
• Support development of precision processes for adhesives, epoxies, and soft materials.
• Follow DOE and other structured methodologies to generate data and improve process understanding.
• Analyze and document results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with design, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to execute development plans.
