Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, Controls or related field.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing Engineering with automation/controls experience.
• Strong PLC programming knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Experience with robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industrial networks and motion control.
• Willing to travel occasionally (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve manufacturing process problems.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
• Oversee CAPEX automation projects and new equipment installs.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and robots.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and R&D staff.
