Job summary

You will partner with plant teams to enhance automation strategies and develop new processes for future products. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
• Knowledge of PLCs, NFPA 70/70E/79, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supports electricians and plant staff in troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Supports process improvement by automation tasks and managing resources.
• Leads capital projects from electrical scope to commissioning.
• Maintains electrical standards and best practices across divisions.
• Supports 24/7 operations including on-call and weekend work.
• Oversees internal/external resources to meet KPI goals.
