Job summary

Stanley Electric U.S. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support new model start-ups and drive continuous improvement in existing processes. This role focuses on automation, robotics, and tooling to enhance quality and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in Manufacturing Engineering, with hands-on experience in PLCs, machine controls, and CAD-based design. Travel domestically for project deployment may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Manufacturing/Automation/Robotics.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and support groups.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assembly methods.
• Assist higher-level engineers with automation projects.
• Train lower-level engineers and maintenance technicians on automated systems.
• Develop and validate automation and robotics solutions for medium- to high-complexity products.
• Create project schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure smooth transition from Engineering to Manufacturing and Maintenance.
