Job summary

Stanley Electric U.S. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead new model start-ups and drive continuous improvement across existing models.

The role supports manufacturing, automation, robotics, and tooling development in a fast-paced environment at the London, Ohio facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, train staff, and implement automation solutions that improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Controls Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and related groups to improve product quality and cost.
• Assist higher-level Engineers with automation, robotics, and manufacturing technology projects.
• Provide training to lower-level engineers and maintenance technicians on automated equipment and systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop new model assembly processes with automation and robotics where feasible.
• Create and maintain project schedules and ensure timely progress.
