Job summary

Primient is seeking an experienced E&I technician to perform field electrical and instrumentation work in our heavy industrial environments. The role covers installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across power distribution, control systems, and safety devices.

You will support reliability programs, mentor junior technicians, and ensure adherence to arc flash and lockout/tagout standards while contributing to site safety and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Advanced knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with electrical power distribution and process instrumentation systems in heavy industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting complex issues, leading reliability initiatives, and training others.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain heat trace systems and lighting in industrial facilities.
• Perform HV/MV cable terminations and conduit work.
• Wire bending, pulling and rigging for heavy electrical equipment.
• Work with generators and switching equipment.
• Contribute to SAP CMMS maintenance workflows and PI Vision data monitoring.
