Job summary

Primient seeks an Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support maintenance and reliability in our Lafayette, IN plant. The role focuses on high/medium/low voltage systems, control wiring, and instrumentation, with emphasis on safety and process integrity.

You will troubleshoot, lead reliability efforts, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with operations to minimize downtime and ensure safe, compliant plant performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
• Advanced knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with electrical power distribution and process instrumentation in heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as E&I Trainer, mentoring junior technicians.
• Participate in failure investigations and provide root-cause analysis.
• Lead reliability initiatives and support plant-wide maintenance programs.
